Distance Sales Agreement

Seller

Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.”

Buyer

The information provided by the Buyer during the order process shall be taken as the basis, including:

• Full name
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Email address
• Telephone number

Hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer.”

The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale, payment, and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

The Buyer acknowledges that, before placing an order, they have been informed about the essential characteristics of the product, its price, payment method, delivery conditions, and other applicable information and have electronically approved such information.

The following information relating to the product offered for sale is provided to the Buyer during the ordering process:

• Product name
• Product images
• Dimensions
• Materials and production specifications
• Frame options
• Quantity
• Sale price
• Any personalization or customization options

Due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and display devices, minor variations in color between product images displayed on the website and the actual product may occur.

A significant portion of Muse Collective Studio products is made to order. Accordingly, products may be produced according to the dimensions, framing options, and other preferences selected by the Buyer at the time of purchase.

The Agreement is formed electronically when the Buyer places an order through the website and completes the payment process.

An order confirmation containing the details of the purchase may be sent to the Buyer's email address after the order has been received.

If the Seller is unable to fulfill an order due to technical reasons, lack of production capacity, failure of payment, or another legally valid reason, the Seller will inform the Buyer as soon as reasonably possible and any amount already collected will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

The sale prices of the products are the current prices displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.

The total order amount may consist of the product price, any additional services or options selected, shipping charges, and any other applicable charges stated during the ordering process.

Payment shall be made using the secure payment methods available on the website.

If payment is not successfully completed, the Seller shall have no obligation to begin production or dispatch the order.

A significant portion of Muse Collective Studio products is produced on a made-to-order basis. Once an order has been confirmed, the product enters the production process.

Estimated production time: 3–5 business days.

This period includes production, quality inspection, and secure packaging of the artwork. The production period ends when the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Where an order includes custom dimensions, framing, or other production options, the production time may vary depending on the nature of the order.

Once production has been completed, the product is securely packaged and handed over to an international shipping carrier.

Muse Collective Studio may work with international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the destination and shipping method available.

Estimated shipping time: 3–5 business days.

Accordingly, the estimated total delivery time from the date of the order is 3–5 business days production + 3–5 business days shipping = approximately 6–10 business days.

The stated delivery periods are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. Customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier-related delays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, and other circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control may extend the estimated delivery time.

Muse Collective Studio ships internationally.

Depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country, international orders may be subject to:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT or similar taxes
• Customs clearance charges
• Storage or handling fees
• Other import or customs-related charges imposed by the carrier or relevant authorities

Whether such charges apply, and the amount payable, depends on the regulations of the destination country and the assessment of the relevant customs authorities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, any import taxes, customs duties, or similar charges arising in the destination country shall generally be the responsibility of the Buyer.

The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

The Buyer agrees that the delivery information provided when placing the order is accurate and complete.

If the external packaging shows significant visible damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer is advised, where possible, to notify the delivery carrier and request that the condition be recorded.

If damage to the product or packaging is discovered after delivery, the Buyer should contact the Seller as soon as reasonably possible.

For damaged-product claims, the Seller may request photographs of:

• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label
• Any visible damage

The Buyer should retain the original shipping packaging, where possible, until the matter has been reviewed and resolved, as it may be required for a carrier claim.

The Buyer's right of withdrawal and any applicable exceptions are subject to the consumer protection laws applicable to the transaction.

Although consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal in distance contracts, certain products may be excluded from this right under applicable legislation.

In particular, products produced according to the Buyer's specifications or clearly personalized to meet the Buyer's individual requirements, including certain custom dimensions, designs, framing options, or similar specifications, may fall within applicable statutory exceptions.

Whether a right of withdrawal applies will depend on the nature of the product and the applicable law. If you are uncertain whether a particular product is eligible for withdrawal, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Where a statutory or contractual right to return a product applies, the Buyer must contact the Seller within the applicable period and in accordance with the conditions established by applicable law.

The Buyer must contact the Seller before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior communication, authorization, or instructions from the Seller may not be accepted.

Returned products should, where reasonably possible, be kept in their original condition and packaging.

Depending on the nature of the product, the reason for the return, and applicable law, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of either the Seller or the Buyer.

The Buyer's statutory rights remain unaffected in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

If a product is damaged during transportation, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the product ordered, the Buyer's statutory rights under applicable law remain fully reserved.

In such cases, the Buyer should contact the Seller as soon as reasonably possible. The following information may be requested during the assessment process:

• Order number
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Photograph of the shipping label
• A brief description of the damage or issue

Depending on the circumstances, the Seller may offer a replacement, reproduction, repair, refund, or another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

If the Buyer wishes to cancel an order, they should contact the Seller as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, the Seller will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the cancellation request.

For orders where production has already begun, particularly products made to order or according to the Buyer's specific preferences, cancellation and refund eligibility will be assessed according to the nature of the product and applicable law.

The Seller agrees to:

• Prepare the ordered product in accordance with the specifications stated in the order
• Package the product with reasonable care
• Dispatch the product to the delivery address provided by the Buyer
• Respect the Buyer's statutory consumer rights
• Provide the Buyer with the necessary order and delivery information

Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party that temporarily or permanently prevent the fulfillment of contractual obligations may be considered force majeure events.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, governmental decisions, significant transportation disruptions, customs procedures, carrier operational problems, and other similar events.

Where a force majeure event occurs, delivery or the performance of other obligations may be delayed.

Personal information provided by the Buyer will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Muse Collective Studio Privacy Policy.

The Buyer's statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this Agreement.

For consumer transactions, the Buyer may have the right to apply to competent consumer arbitration bodies, consumer courts, or other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

The applicable law and competent authority or jurisdiction shall be determined taking into account the Buyer's statutory consumer rights and the applicable legislation.

The Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to read and review this Agreement and to retain a copy of it before placing an order.

This Agreement is concluded electronically and becomes effective when the Buyer completes the order and successfully completes the payment process.
