About this artwork

A richly staged Baroque scene brings together mounted figures, a white horse, classical architecture, and mythic-looking figures beneath a luminous, clouded sky. Dramatic gestures, deep reds, golds, and cool stone tones create a sense of ceremony and movement. A striking focal point for a traditional interior, library, or gallery wall.
