About this artwork

Wassily Kandinsky’s expressive abstract composition brings together bold black gestures, vivid red, blue, yellow, green, and violet shapes, and softer washes on a pale ground. Its energetic movement and open, layered composition make a striking focal point for a contemporary living room, studio, or creative workspace.
