About this artwork

An oil painting style fine art print featuring a dramatic scene with multiple figures in period garments. A bearded elder with a white beard speaks to a central figure with long brown hair clad in blue and red robes, while a woman with downcast eyes in a red dress clasps her hands in the foreground. Another man looks on from the left and a figure wearing a helmet peers from behind the woman. The lighting highlights the facial expressions and hand gestures of the subjects against a muted, dark background.
