About this artwork

An oil painting of a lively farmyard scene featuring a wide variety of birds including peacocks, turkeys, chickens, and ducks gathered near a well and rustic fence. A magnificent peacock with a long, patterned tail perches on a wooden platform to the left, while a dark turkey stands prominently in the center foreground. Various chickens, roosters, and white ducks occupy the grassy clearing under an overcast sky, with rolling hills and trees visible in the distant background. The color palette emphasizes natural earth tones, deep greens, and rich blues, creating a traditional pastoral composition with detailed feathered textures.
