About this artwork

A vivid figurative composition layers expressive faces against a sweeping blue-gray field. Loose black contours and touches of red, yellow, and olive green create a dreamlike, intimate mood. Its vertical format and painterly movement bring a distinctive focal point to a thoughtfully styled living space or reading nook.
