About this artwork

A reclining nude figure rests against a vivid garden landscape, with a large yellow sun rising behind bands of green and pale blue. Bold contours and expressive blocks of olive, ochre, and rust give the scene a striking Expressionist presence. A contemplative art print for interiors drawn to modernist figure painting and rich, sun-warmed color.
