About this artwork

Two women in vivid red skirts stand against a sweeping landscape of green hills and small white houses. Broad, curving bands of blue, teal, yellow, and rose create an expressive, dreamlike sense of space. A lively Expressionist composition with bold color and a quietly contemplative mood.
