About this artwork

An expressive oil painting in the dramatic Baroque style, capturing a celestial encounter set against a dark, moody background. A seated man in deep blue garments reclines to the left, supported by a winged figure, while a group of angels gestures toward a radiant dove descending from a golden sky. Additional cherubs and winged figures fill the upper and central clouds in dynamic poses. The warm golden highlights contrast sharply with deep browns and rich blues, creating a sense of theatrical movement and spiritual revelation.
